Type of clients:
I have worked with many different clients over the years from professional rugby players and cyclists to the average gym goer. My favourite type of client though are the ones who see the value of exercise for more than just wanting to be skinny.
Skill set:
I have learnt many different skills over the years but I would have to say my greatest tool is create a fun but yet relevant exercise routine taking all factors into consideration, space, equipment and most importantly the clients given mood and resolve. Regressing and progressing a certain exercise based on the clients current ability, strengths and needs.
Professionalism, positive outlook, adaptable are also on the list.
Experience:
15 years in the health and fitness industry.
11 of those years as a personal trainer.
15 seasons as a rugby coach – age groups 14 to 20.
